lumirell™ is operated by Shenzhen Ruicong E-commerce Service Co., Ltd. Customers must have the legal capacity to purchase or appropriate authorization under applicable law.
Product Descriptions and Contents
We aim to provide accurate photos, materials, contents, options, dimensions, prices and other listing details. Mosaic and embroidery kits differ, and some may require separately obtained tools or supplies. Check each product listing before purchasing.
Craft Safety and Intended Use
Our products are positioned for adult hobby use. Follow product instructions and safety warnings, including when using sharp tools, adhesives, glass or small parts where applicable. Decorative kits must not be assumed to be suitable for real flames, outdoor use or food contact unless explicitly stated for the item.
Prices, Currency and Checkout
Our storefront currently displays USD prices. The final checkout shows shipping charges, taxes, any discounts and the total payable. Changes in listings do not generally affect orders already accepted, except where applicable law permits correction.
Orders and Availability
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance may be subject to payment verification, stock and delivery restrictions. We may review or cancel orders for inventory shortages, payment failure, suspected fraud or material listing errors. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.
Payment
Only checkout-displayed methods are available for the transaction. Customers must be authorized to use the chosen payment method and may be asked for additional authentication.
Shipping and Delivery
The current Shipping Policy describes order processing, the standard $5.99 shipping fee and estimated transit times. Available destinations and the final shipping price appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Contact Customer Care for instructions before sending an item back; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Order Changes and Errors
Contact us promptly for order changes or cancellations; these are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Material errors affecting an accepted purchase will be reviewed and resolved as appropriate under applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The store may use Shopify and payment, fulfillment, delivery or technical providers. Additional terms may apply to independent third-party services when clearly presented.
Liability and Consumer Guarantees
Any contractual limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing restricts statutory consumer rights, mandatory liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
